The call for projects aimed to sell building land within the perimeter of the ZAE (Economic Activity Zone) called «Trois Moulins», in Antibes, with the possibility of developing real estate programs that followed the main urban destination of the sector: tertiary economic activities.
The land has a surface area of approximately 47,800 m2 and consists of two large landed properties.
Among the main objectives of the project:
– Represent a business showcase for the Sophia Antipolis technology park along the motorway;
– Give priority to tertiary activities in connection with the activities of the technology park;
– Mark the entrance of the Sophia Antipolis technology park with iconic buildings;
– Create a virtuous architecture from an environmental point of view;
– Integrate high energy performance and compliance with environmental obligations, especially in the field of hydraulic impact control.
