The architectural concept involves the construction of a radial pattern, suitable for a variety of geographical situations. The layout is designed with various levels and various functions that, from upstream to downstream, include:
– a residential area, hotels, entertainment venues, park and golf course;
– a band dedicated to vehicular and rail infrastructures, adequately far and shielded from the residential area, directly related to the production area;
– the production area (basins for LNG ships, docks for construction and dry docks, dock for landing, production and office buildings etc.);
– a dock to the sea, with the basins for work and a large space for ship owners’ yachts.
On the sides wide beaches are granted.
