The project involves the construction of two golf courses, an 18-hole championship course and a 9 hole executive course, both equipped with Club House and the necessary services.
The project includes residential and tourist accommodation buildings, as well as a series of public equipment. It provides a great development opportunity
for the whole surrounding area, characterized by its proximity to the coast and to attractive tourist destinations.
The project identifies three main elements:
– agricultural and forest areas, where the golf courses are included;
– volumetric concentration areas for residential buildings and accommodation facilities;
