The residential towers, located inside a public park, develop in three buildings of 19 floors each, for a total area of 26,000 square meters, with an average number of about 90 apartments for each tower. The upper floors, compositionally different from the floors below, host penthouses.
The three towers are equipped with an underground parking area of about 12,000 square meters on two levels with independent entrance and directly connected to the city streets. In this way, the buildings’ bases are free from vehicles and only in contact with paved and green areas of the urban park.
The three buildings have a high standard of quality due to the choice of finishes and important architectural solutions (such as the use of the ventilated façade in terracotta tiles) and to the attention to the acoustic and thermal insulation.
