COMPETITION WINNER
The “Villa Mirabo” apartment building has 16 apartments spread over five floors and a basement parking with two levels. The project is designed with contemporary architectural language, using composition and stereometry that adapt to the terrain shape and to existing and future alignments, exploiting the double exposure and the geographical position.
The main design choice is to create a building characterized by the alternation of full and empty spaces realized through the use of balconies and loggias. The predominant color is white, one of the most utilized colors to represent the contemporary style and to exalt the contrast between full and empty. The building is designed following the principles of sustainable architecture.
