The projet concerns the realization of a building for offices that Fincantieri will make available for the personnel of Societies of Shipowners during the construction of ships or cruise liners.
The project involves the total modification of an existing temporary building through the complete redesign of the exterior with the realization of a ventilated façade. The finish will be in modular pre-painted aluminum sheets, slightly superimposed on horizontal alignments.
The external covering will be 40 centimetres higher than the actual top of the roof and it will no longer follow the shape of the two pitches in order to give to the building a stereometry easier, regular and defined.
The external stairs will be covered with light metallic grate with the aim to make them two “objects”.
