The volume of the future construction allows by its relative simplicity to integrate as best as possible in the surrounding landscape and its form is carefully worked in order to transcribe graphically through architectural elements, a major parameter present on the plot: the irregularity of the terraces.
The main facade project aims to break the regularity, while creating a rhythm and maintaining a certain organizational order. Just as for the terraces, each irregularity leads to a constructive order where each architectural element, although different, is complete and finds its place in the whole.
