The project involves the construction of a large space for commercial use that will also include small businesses, bars and restaurants. Real estate business will be enriched by public service.
Sustainable architecture is one of the main principles of the project: reducing the energy needs of the building and increasing the building’s capacity to capture or generate its own energy (photovoltaic panels, ventilated facade, roof garden, etc.).
One of the project’s main objectives is to create a virtuous effect of landscape improvement trough the demolition of existing sheds in poor condition, built using polluting materials.
Exterior arrangements and parking lots complete the project.
