The tourist port, under construction, involves the realization of a marina with about 300 berths of various sizes.
The intervention consists in the environmental renewal of a former landfill of inert material, created during the construction of the tunnels for the new railway line.
The project of the ashore works provides various functions: hotels and tourist accommodation facilities (hosting about 1,000 people), buildings linked to the marina (yacht club, sailing school, diving center), public places (bars and restaurants), a spa and convention center, entertainment areas (bowling, game room, disco, bar, lagoon), shipyard.
Approximately 1,500 parking spaces, pertaining to the functions and free, ensure full access to the area.
The main road is made “in trench”, while the one dedicated to the docks is street level.
All space is characterized by the widespread presence of greenery and a large public park, with the finest vegetation and trees collected in a botanical park.
